The Chalet Nubuck is part of a small residence of individual chalets: the Chalets Belavlaï located in St Marcel. This hamlet nestled at 1500 m altitude is 1.5 km from Saint Martin de Belleville and all the amenities of the resort: shops (food, sports shops, restaurants...), services (ski school, daycare, pharmacy, Maison du Tourisme...), ski lifts and slopes. The residence has 2 parking spaces per chalet. St Marcel is a typical Savoyard village in which you will find the restaurant La Bouitte 3 Michelin stars.
