How can you maximise your income?

A well-located, well-equipped, and comfortable property will rent more easily. To highlight the comfort and amenities of your accommodation, we require the “Flocon” label, and we assist you with this request through the owners’ platform.

Be mindful of your occupancy periods: school holiday weeks rent better than low-season periods. To maximize your rental potential, avoid booking these high-demand weeks for yourself.

Rely on our partners: our agency works with numerous partners and tour operators to promote your property online on both French and international websites.

How can you maximise your income?

– A property that is well-located, but above all well-equipped and comfortable, will generally rent out more easily. To highlight the standard of facilities and comfort in your accommodation, we recommend having it certified under the Flocons scheme.

– Be mindful of your booking calendar: school holiday weeks rent out better than so-called off-peak weeks. Avoid booking these weeks for yourself and your family if you wish to maximise occupancy of your property.

– Don’t hesitate to place your trust in our partners: our agency markets properties through numerous partners and tour operators. This gives them online visibility and helps build customer loyalty.
