These services are offered exclusively to clients who have booked accommodation through our agency.

For your peace of mind and comfort, and to ensure your stay in the 3 Valleys is as enjoyable as possible, Agence des Alpes provides a full range of services.

INSURANCE

Cancellation or interruption of stay, rental liability, and coverage for search & rescue costs.

Agence des Alpes offers an optional ADAR insurance that, under certain conditions, covers cancellation or interruption of stay, rental liability, and guarantees for search and rescue costs. The general LOCPLUS conditions are provided to the tenant upon booking. We invite you to consult and/or download them by clicking on this link.

Applicable rate: 4% of the rental amount, with a minimum charge of €15.00.

BED LINEN (rental)

• Single Bed Linen Kit (1 pillowcase, 2 flat sheets): €10.00

• Double Bed Linen Kit (2 pillowcases, 2 flat sheets): €12.00

• Single Duvet Kit (1 pillowcase, 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover): €14.00

• Double Duvet Kit (2 pillowcases, 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover): €18.00

• Towel Kit (1 small and 1 large towel): €8.00

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE KIT (for 1 week)
Dishwashing liquid, multi-purpose cleaner, sponge, 6 dishwasher tablets: €8.00

END-OF-STAY CLEANING (flat rate by accommodation type)

• Accommodation for 2–4 people: €90 to €280

• Accommodation for 5–6 people: €95 to €350

• Accommodation for 8–10 people: €140 to €600

• Accommodation for 12–18 people: €180 to €780

Depending on accommodation type.
Available by reservation at least 10 days before arrival, subject to stock and provider availability. Prices are subject to change.

• Bath mats: €3.00

HOTEL-LIKE PACKAGE
Includes for one week:

• Beds made upon arrival

• 1 personal towel kit per person
