Management of

The property manager (syndic) has the main responsibilities of:
- convening the annual general meeting and implementing the co-owners’ decisions, in accordance with the co-ownership regulations and applicable legislation;
- managing the co-ownership, particularly by handling administrative and accounting tasks;
- representing the co-owners’ association.
