2. Purpose of Processing

The legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data is based on the technical and legal requirements of client & prospect management as described in CNIL simplified standard no. 48. The purposes are as follows: management of contracts, orders, deliveries, and invoices; accounting and in particular management of client accounts and relationship tracking; processing operations related to client management; prospecting operations (technical operations for data normalization, enrichment, and deduplication); selection of individuals for loyalty, prospecting, survey, product testing, and promotion actions; preparation of commercial statistics and development of customer knowledge in collaboration with our subcontractor, the Office de Tourisme des Menuires et de Saint-Martin-de-Belleville (Immeuble Belledonne | La Croisette 73440 Les Menuires – grc@lesmenuires.com).

3. Data Collected

For the purposes described in §2, the data collected and processed include:

5. Retention Period

Personal data concerning clients collected for the purposes described in §2 are kept for five years from the end of the commercial relationship.

Personal data concerning a non-client prospect may be kept for three years from collection or from the last contact by the prospect (e.g., request for documentation).
